Versatile indoor and outdoor spaces
Location rental platforms have thousands of options. We have six. And that’s precisely the difference.
Our villas and country houses in the Maresme are properties with their own distinctive character: 15th-century Mediterranean architecture, private gardens, designer pools, and unique natural outdoor settings. They offer directors, production companies, and agencies something no studio can replicate: visual authenticity in a setting of complete privacy.
For commercial shoots, fashion photoshoots, audiovisual productions, or brand content shoots, our villas offer what premium brands seek: natural light, unique outdoor spaces, architecture with soul, and accommodation for the production crew on-site throughout the shoot.
Less than 30 minutes from Barcelona, on the Maresme coast. Easily accessible for any production crew, away from the noise of the city.

Frequently asked questions
The price varies depending on the villa, the duration of the shoot, and the services required. We offer daily or hourly rates tailored to the type of production. Request a personalised quote through the form, and we’ll respond within 24 hours.
Yes. All our villas offer indoor and outdoor spaces for production: gardens, pools, terraces, courtyards, living rooms, kitchens, and bedrooms with natural light. You can combine several settings on the same shooting day without changing location.
As these are private properties, the same municipal permits required for filming in public spaces in Barcelona do not apply. The process is simpler and more direct. We’ll advise you on any specific requirements depending on the type and scale of your production.
Yes. All our villas have bedrooms for the crew. For shoots lasting several days, accommodation at the filming location eliminates daily travel and helps you make the most of the daylight—a logistical advantage no urban studio can offer.
Our villas have hosted commercial shoots, TV adverts, fashion and lifestyle photoshoots, product photography, music videos, brand content shoots, and audiovisual productions of all kinds. The Mediterranean setting and historic architecture of the country houses are particularly sought after by agencies and luxury and premium brands.
All our villas are in the Maresme, less than 30 minutes from Barcelona by car. An ideal distance for the crew to arrive comfortably without losing daylight, and to travel easily if additional supplies or equipment are needed during the shoot.
